- Cost: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

- Quiet hours: We do not send messages before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may decline SMS messages and still receive our services through other channels (phone, email, in-person).

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver SMS messages, manage appointments, and operate our website (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio). Per TCPA recordkeeping requirements, we retain SMS consent records for a minimum of four (4) years from the date of consent.
