AI Home Services provides free in-home consultations to Arizona homeowners with solar installations who wish to review their utility bill, rate plan, system production, and overall setup performance. We connect homeowners with licensed solar contractors when service or upgrade work is recommended.

2. No Fees for Consultation

Our in-home review is provided at no cost. We are compensated only if you choose to proceed with a recommended service via one of our installer partners.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to our SMS messaging terms as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. No Guarantees

While we believe our recommendations can save Arizona homeowners money on their utility bills, we make no guarantees about specific savings, results, or outcomes. Every homeowner's situation is unique.

5. Third-Party Services

Installation work, equipment, and ongoing service are provided by independent licensed contractors. AI Home Services facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the performance of third-party contractors.

6. Right to Cancel

If you sign a contract during an in-home consultation, federal and Arizona law give you the right to cancel within three (3) business days. Cancellation instructions will be provided in writing at the time of any contract signing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of AI Home Services. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Home Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
